While previewing edit through the ''Preview'' tab of [[mw:Extension:WikiEditor | Extension:WikiEditor]], if the drop letter is used as the first character on a page, the drop letter's base might not appear inline with the second line of text. In such a case, the drop letter would appear a little elevated from the base. However, this is just a preview bug, and the text will render correctly.
